Adding record navigation links

You can add Previous and Next links to a form by binding links on the form to special settings in the Dynamic Link palette.

Note: You could also use image buttons instead of text links to create navigation or action elements on the Web page.

To add Previous and Next navigation links:

1 Type Previous and Next somewhere in the form.

2 Select Previous and click the New Link button () in the toolbar.

3 Click the Binding Details tab.

4 Click the Link To option and select Show Previous Record from the Link Action pop-up menu.

5 Select a content source from the Content Source pop-up menu.

6 Repeat these steps for the Next link, but select Show Next Record from the Link Action pop-up menu.

Note: Adobe GoLive automatically disables the Previous or Next links as appropriate on the live page if there isn't another record.
